Please Google the CEO of this company; this is a toxic environment. There is high staff turnover and many who leave are not replaced, increasing the workload of existing personnel and leaving the company unable to successfully undertake certain projects for clients. Old fashioned, butt-in-seats management style. Leadership lack the demeanor and skillset to run a company, and often revert to angry lecturing and passive aggression. Staff are routinely treated with disrespect, blamed for minor mistakes or problems beyond their control, micromanaged and talked down to. Women are treated like secretaries. Handling of COVID was egregious and worse than that of any professional office I know of. The company used dubious tactics to pressure people back into the office as soon as June 2020, and this resulted in multiple people going into the office with COVID.
