This was probably the worst place I’ve ever worked. A lot of distrust in employees and lying. I personally didn’t feel valued here, and I worked upwards of 10-12 hours a day. It’s not really a safe environment for people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I don’t recommend

Incompetent and controlling leadership is driving employees away!

The company hosts a couple of parties and events every year, but that's only because management wants to gaslight employees into thinking the company cares about them.

Cons

Employees are constantly leaving the company because of how controlling and incompetent the leadership is! They have no idea what they're doing, but constantly tell employees how to do their jobs. They make terrible decisions all the time, and instead of taking accountability and learning from their mistakes, they push the blame on employees!
