Cons
5 years behind other companies in the industry in adopting technology and training it's people in the effective use of it. Promotes and hires people on the merit of family members of long-term employees in the company, fires and lays off competent people in order to make way for family members. Does not value female engineers, or project managers and relegates them to positions of glorified secretaries. It's a good old boys club, stuck in the 1950s, and getting further and further away from the reality of the industry and the work force attempting to enter it. Completely out of touch.
