Hunt Partners is a great place to kickstart your career. It's a company that believes in growth and learning and makes an effort to teach one the processes from the basic. The good part is that there are several industries led by different partners wherein you can gain a diverse exposure under one roof. Each partner has a different working style but they take an effort to teach and nurture you. A good place to learn and grow

Cons

It might get difficult to create a balance between work and life after a point since the job requires a 24/7 commitment. The team believes and drives by this motto which hence makes it difficult for one to draw boundaries. This job might not be for someone who can't handle stress and meet the deadlines.

One engaging with the firm should try to understand the role to be performed and in what sector from the POC before joining/ confirming to avoid any confusion with role and responsibility post-joining.
