Employee discount is good. good access to learning the equipment and gear. Easy envirermnt healthcare

Cons

customers are very rude sometimes. long hours very poor pay structure Must work weekend and holidays. lots of standing lots of very slow days full of nothing. weak/ poor HR lack of time off no/ absent room for promotions/ growth

Hunt's has a great approach to customer service and always has your back when you're doing the right thing for your customer. That takes a ton of stress off of managing a retail store.

Cons

Not many to speak of.
