Pros

Their product is of exceptional quality, and collaborating with their manufacturing, quality control, and order fulfillment teams has been consistently positive.

Cons

Wow, where do I even begin... - There is a complete lack of opportunity for progression or personal development here. - It's disheartening that it took years just to secure a basic cost of living adjustment. - The leadership duo seems to be steering the ship in all the wrong directions, conveniently manipulating information to suit their agendas. - Shockingly, six colleagues have departed during the tenure of a single woman, and despite raising concerns to HR, no corrective measures seem to be in sight. - While a select few actually contribute and take initiative, the majority seem to specialize in underhanded tactics, shamelessly passing off others' efforts as their own. - Do not trust the HR team - while friendly, completely two faced and do not follow through. - And talk about wasting talent—key players are totally sidelined here.

Pros

Long history of color measurement technology. Fantastic coworkers in the customer service and support teams

Cons

They don’t give raises. Ever. Not after years of being with the company. The policy of “HunterLab doesn’t give raises” is not acceptable in 2023. Current management is making the terrible decisions which is forcing a number of employees to look for new jobs. There is little growth opportunity, not only because it it is a small company, but because they would rather hire someone from the outside who knows nothing about the business or customers.
