Pros

* Flexible environment - WFH is an option * Lots of opportunity to cross-train/learn new skills * Company is always in growth mode - no danger of being laid off here

Cons

* Compensation is enh for the industry * Can be fast-paced and hectic * Immature process that does not scale with growth - lot of shortsighted decision-making * Siloed departments * Management decisions do not necessarily align with stated company values

Pros

Work from home, although the new sales manager wants to eliminate that

Cons

-No diversity/inclusion -Incredibly ableist company, will look for any reason to fire you if you're sick -Creates impossible sales goals and continuously moves the goalposts so that they can punish you for not meeting them - Incredibly sexist - Wanted us to call people an unlimited amount of times, regardless of if they've told us no -Used outdated marketing tactics that didn't generate any new leads -Blatantly lied about getting 30k new passings in 2025

Pros

Slightly competitive salary. Most employees in office are fantastic and extremely nice. They deserve better

Cons

The advertise fantastic benefits but most of them are convoluted and no one ever uses them—especially consider the real benefit most people would like is a decent bathroom in the office and to be treated like a human by the executive team.
