Pros

- Insurance is paid for my the company

Cons

- Colleagues use the fact that they are an employee owned company as an excuse to micro-manage people who they believe aren't cutting it, even if they aren't your manager or in the same job role. - Management allows bullying / Harassment. - Colleagues are allowed to micro-manage & yell at you. - Most staff don't take lunches or breaks (and expect you not to). - Others have bragged about not going home sick / puking at work. - Told that I need to answer work calls on my lunch. - They expect you to work overtime everyday (1-2 hrs). - Culture does not align with core values. - Communication is non-existent. - No room for human error / any mistakes. - Environment is so loud that it's difficult to concentrate. - Insurance coverage is terrible.

Pros

Good company to work for. Pay is fair. Service department is steady and friendly.

Cons

You got to be a suck up to management other wise they won’t help you advance. Management has their favorites in the company and will give them side work. Not a lot of room for advancement unless you’re in the Boys club. Entire company is extremely religious that’s it’s almost cult like. If you’re not religious management will try to get you out.

Pros

Company has a good reputation amongst customers. Nice facilities and equipment, very safe.

Cons

Management is inconsistent across different departments, different rules/disciplinary issues are determined based on who you are and if you are well liked - this could include time off, dress code, the vehicle they assign, promotions, bonuses, remote work, etc. They also “promote” self care and mental health, but only if you’re a manager. They also harp hard on “treating others the way you’d want to be treated” - however I’ve witnessed some highly unethical bills go out to customers. Sexual harassment and abuse isn’t all that rare and HR can be a real bully about handling any sort of negative criticism towards the company. Absolutely no training. Very much sink or swim mentality, and expect “discipline” measures when you do something incorrectly, even when you weren’t trained.
