Hunter Hamilton does great work. The company is segregated into small close knit and specialized teams.

Cons

Hunter Hamilton is part of a larger group (Staffmark Group) and with that comes all of the red tape and bureaucracy of any large company.

Hunter Hamilton is a pretty great company to work for in my experience

Pros

It’s flexible, fully remote, resources, training, monthly one on ones with management, unlimited amount of training/ live calls with peers and management. I work with great people. The parent company is Staffmark Group which is a huge company so if you ever need something have questions about anything or want to learn something now there is always a resource available to you in so many different forms. Also, they promote from within so there is always room for advancement if that’s what you want.

Cons

There aren’t many in my branch. Mass modules when you start. That’s the only thing I can think of.
