Pros

Once assigned to your site , they leave you alone , as long as you due the minimum required .

Cons

Pay is below industry standards , sites are mostly construction with no heat , no bathrooms , managers not interested in employees at all , you ll never get a raise or promotion . they hire anybody as long as they simply show up. When contracts end they just say goodbye , we have nothing for you !

Pros

There's a lot of work they have to offer if you're willing to work for peanuts. However, good luck trying to get your correct pay after you work for them.

Cons

They bully and threaten employees into doing what it is that they want. I was told to email Christine, Jason's wife with any concerns, after 6 months of working full-time I asked for health insurance but she made it out as if I were bothering her and told me not to email her again. Also giving me a guilt trip that she was out at her kids game. That's understandable but if you own a business and tell employees to email you, don't make them feel horrible for doing exactly what they were told . No health insurance!!! I don't know how they have gotten away with this for so long but they don't offer it. They have 100 plus employees and it's a state mandatory to provide it for your employees. Google JASON Steiners name and you'll see his real character. At my interview, they commented on how I was a " good looking white male face" and that's what they wanted for their face of the company. I was so shocked I didn't know how to respond.

Pros

You can work as many hours as you want because they pay dirt compared to the industry average.

Cons

Management is terrible every pay check is wrong and don't plan on getting your money any time soon they will not send you the difference until they cut you your next pay check, you are paid bi weekly so I hope you don't have bills to pay. The owners constantly lie and believe they are clever and all employees are flat stupid. You will have to use your own car and they don't reimburse you for expenses if they do it "varies". The comment about slackers is false they treat their good employees as bad as the slackers. The reason people slack is because everyone is paid peanuts and do not take the job seriously and why should they? No employee benefits at all of any kind, you get your hourly pay and that's it. Due diligence when working for this company. If you get fired from this company for any reason literally don't expect your last two weeks of pay. Google the owner of the company and it will validate everything in this review.
