Pros
In my case pay was good. Nothing else. The property was dated from the 70s. Upper management is stuck in the 70s. Good consists of opening frozen bags/ products.
Cons
Upper management has no idea on daily operations. Ruled by fear. No communications within departments. Culinary team is joke. Stuck in 1980s. Thank god for Frozen products from Sysco and Cheney bros. Rats in their kitchen. One jumped on my leg. Revolving door for management. Absolutely the worse place to work in my entire career. Extremely long hours. I've been in f&b my entire career and used to 60 plus hours. It's inhuman when they are asking for 70 plus in a week. Please stay away from this company. Worse decision in my career.
