      Cultural diversity, union & management conflict resolution, negotiated salaries, excellent benefit package ( insurances, paid time-off, paid holidays), teaching environment. Foster Six Sigma principles and teaching.

      Cons

      Changes to 'operations' seems to take longer than expected. At times, meetings don't seem as productive as should be.

      Level 1 trauma center Regions only burn unit Level 3 NICU Great co workers Pension plan

      Cons

      Management is awful, they do not appreciate their nurses, they do not back their nurses when assaulted by hostile clients, they are constantly looking for ways to fatten their pockets while they rob their nurses of multiple things. Sick time Proper staffing Appreciation Appropriate compensation And protection from their sometimes rough clientele.
