You will end up spending 15 hours of your precious time in a day......
Cons
(1) No Joining Letter. (2) They only give hope. (3) They are no administration. (4)There is one ringmaster and 2-3 dancers. You will be always re-directed in between their psychology. In the end, you will get nothing. (5) False hope of being promoted or get a salary slip. (6) They do not provide salary slips and in the end, you will end up as a free lancer. (7) Most importantly, there is no HR but still, you will get his mobile number and all communication. but you will never get a chance to see him physically or over the phone or skype. In nutshell, this company revolves around a single ringmaster, He may act as either founder, CEO, CTO, Co-founder, manager, or reporting authority. but you will never get a chance to interact with them at the same time. Note: You might not get a salary for the last month or the time you have declared or informed them that I am leaving the company.
