School suddenly closed without any warning. First they “laid off” over 80 people and furloughed the rest. During that time there was no communication or very poor communication sent out to staff, faculty, and students. No communication was sent to the new students during a “two week” break to get things together. Then when everyone’s furlough was completed, we all got termination letters emailed to us pre-dated June 9th, but most did not receive it until the end of furlough… June 11th. They have not paid out monies owed and invented a policy that no one signed saying we were not due our pay in earned vacation or sick pay. Many of us have not heard one word from them regarding our 401k.

Leadership and ownership at odds with each other. Cash flow issues led to failure of company. Ownership paid themselves before vendors. Vendors critical to financial operation of company dropped services due to unpayment. Ownership would not step in to provide funding for company to run efficently and effectively. Mass layoffs to point of work not being completed. Very low admissions due to above issues. Failed enterprise.
