As an ex-employee of Huviair, I feel compelled to share my experiences working under a certain manager Mr. Mrinal Prasad ( friend of another incapable VP ) . While the company as a whole offered great potential, the managers in question fell significantly short of expectations in their role. To begin with, it was evident from the start that this manager lacked the necessary skills and qualifications to effectively lead a team. seemed to have been promoted based on their previous friendship with the company's VP, rather than his leadership abilities. This resulted in a lack of clear direction and an overall disorganized atmosphere within the team. Communication was one of the most glaring issues, Mr. Mrinal doesnt even have the capability to speak in English continously for a minute. Furthermore, the manager seemed to favor certain employees while marginalizing others, creating a sense of favoritism that undermined team morale. This not only impacted the overall productivity but also hindered the development of a cohesive team spirit. To sum it up, my experience working under this manager was frustrating and demoralizing. They displayed a lack of leadership skills, communication abilities, and a fundamental understanding of how to effectively manage a team. As a result, I found it difficult to thrive in the work environment they created.
