Really talented people; CEO is a beast at raising money; toxic work culture.

Pros
- company won't have issue with raising funds. - CEO is persuasive and did a good job of identifying talent. - product is compelling and servicing a hot industry.
Cons
- as compelling as the CEO is, no matter how senior your role, the most time you'll get with him is your first month or so of being hired and then good luck reaching him after that. - profit first, company culture is last on the totem pole. - leadership will talk behind your back - engineering team is a black hole of employees hoarding information to keep their jobs. Not all, but some. - you'll get teased with a bonus that employees who have been working at the company for years STILL haven't received. - your leadership initiatives will not likely gain traction as CEO is choke point for productivity.

Very smart, hardworking group, exceptional growth in a short period of time.
Cons
I wish they had a central office for everyone. The company is currently very distributed. I think this will change soon.
