      Not necessarily cons, but more as an insight into the startup world: - Quick shifts and adjustments made in requirements and sprint planning can sometimes be overwhelming. - Long hours sometimes necessary for delivery

      - Constantly learning new things - Great employees - Senior management know a lot, and lead by example - Friday lunch is payed for - Everyone has a voice - Hard work is noticed and rewarded. - This is actually a dream job, young developer working hard trying to make a name for himself, couldn't ask for anything more.

      - could work a lot depending on deadlines (startup life)

      Good place to learn new technologies

      Pros

      Big opportunity to learn new technologies such as docker, kubernetes, jenkins etc. Constant learning as managers give projects that requires you to do research. free lunch every friday and fridge always have beers.

      Cons

      As a startup, there is a lot of late nights to finish the product as fast as possible. Very little planning when I started but have improved since then.
