Other employees on 2nd and 3rd shift don't seem to care about their job as much as 1st shift employees.
Having to clean up other peoples messes.
Having to wait for help from supervisor.
No accountability or repercussions for crashing machines or making several bad parts.
Having to rework parts or rewash them due to lack of attention to detail.
