Pros
I enjoyed my time at Hybridge. Coworkers were friendly, senior colleagues were extremely knowledgable, and CEO was relatively professional, reasonable, and understanding. A great place to develop IT skills. Everybody knows a lot, and works extremely hard. Despite that, the culture is relatively relaxed so long as you put in your fair share of work. Since the company is small, there are good opportunities to take on a variety of roles if that interests you. Coworkers (especially the senior ones) are open to teaching new skills if you reach out to them as well.
Cons
Some unexpectedly heavy lifting was involved. The situation may have changed, but due to a myriad of preexisting back problems, I didn't feel physically comfortable continuing the position. If you're able to lift about 50 pounds, it should be fine, however. After communicating my leave, I was offboarded suddenly. It was a bit of a surprise, but not entirely unexpected.
