Pros
Willing to hire entry-level and "train" in all areas. Family run. Best human resources ever. Most people that work there have been there 10 plus yrs. If not 25yrs. Perfect temp in winter.
Cons
Doesn't pay as well as other similar companies. Training isn't where it should be. Failure to be clear on who reports to who. Hotter than hell in summer. Men make more money than women for the same job. No incentive to reach monthly goals but will throw all the work on at end of month.
