      Climate Controlled No Debt Company - Very Healthy Great Training Ground

      Cons

      95% of management team inexperienced.....They only have been promoted to managers while at Hydro-Gear. Lack of experience. No / Limited concern for employee satisfaction, as long as the company makes large profit margins.

      Nice people, very easy work,

      Cons

      Standing all day with only 10 min break! After lunch, no break until time to clock out! Feet hurt, legs hurt.... No going to restroom without asking permission, and asking too often is frowned upon.. makes life difficult when you are a woman and need to discreetly take care of monthly business. Too many Saturday's...people need to enjoy their weekends!
