Pros
The engineering content is fascinating, and the company is doing some important work in the world with respect to redesigning industrial equipment.
Cons
Repeatedly when I interviewed, it was mentioned that the company was run as a "family business". In practice this means micromanagement from the top, distrust of employees to do their jobs, racism, misogyny, expecting people to work overtime and weekends with no warning, and almost no project management to speak of, at least with respect to the division in which I was involved. People pleasers with little creativity survive here.
