It's clear after reading the 5 star reviews on here that a couple were obviously added by either the owner or upper management to pad the company's rating. Long winded "pros" sections boasting of things that are not true, with a short "cons" section that leaves you thinking it's a great place trying to improve. The reality is you will only get somewhere in this company if you're a "yes man". Don't bother telling the owner the truth if you want to seriously try improving things because you'll just be looked down upon. People here in management positions all have the same quality, lying and telling the owner what he wants to hear. Would've given this company a higher rating (3/5) if I hadn't noticed the unfairness that is adding 5 star ratings to make your company look good. This is glass door and it's meant for employees to leave fair and honest reviews.

Extreme high Turnover, Toxic environment, Lack of Trust, Flexibility, Lack of management empowerment, Micro management, Tacky rules, ie - don't dare to use a microwave that's in the kitchen....
