horrible leadership. Always changing with 0 notice and then they gaslight you for asking questions or having problems with things Feels like the CEO hates everyone and is fake nice no benefits

-Good Products and Free Products every qtr -Family and Friends discount -Marketing Team and education were great to work with. - Training was fun - customer service takes care of clients if there are issues with products - Mangers and upper mangers came out for lots of ride alongs (could be good or bad) once a qtr

Cons

It was a bait and switch. Was given an unattainable quota with a massive Territory and the territory changed for many states. They grew too fast- then did lay offs right at christmas time. Many people have quit when you go through interview process you will find it hard to find someone who has been there longer then 2 years. Lots of micro management with no clear direction. Putting out a fire everyday. Wants to focus on retention then in the next breath wants new business. Did not participate in many trade shows so hard to get leads.

- everything else CEO is a bully, upper management is a joke, fealty is rewarded over real merit. they dgaf about employees and don’t even pretend to. CEO once gave a presentation blaming the mental health crisis on people not being productive enough at work… kind of says it all. i have a pretty thick skin and i’ve never felt so depressed or demoralized at a job.
