Over work and dispose of staff when they are no longer needed.
Mislead staff by directly telling them they are secure in their job. They are doing excellent and the company hopes I’ll stick around for the long term - only to be laid off the following week.
Zero awareness from upper management as to what lower level staff deal with. They lead with pressure and negative feedback because they don’t care about high turnover.
They hire for the busy season without telling staff they will be seasonal - then hire someone else for your position for the slow season - for presumably less money then the person who was let go/left.
They don’t care about staff. Only profit.
