Small company with close-knit coworkers. Schedule flexibility. Not a lot of job pressure. Friendly work environment for the most part. Easy hours and plenty of PTO. Great learning opportunity.

High employee turn-over, some lack of communication in scheduling of the weekly workload, no opportunity for growth, day-to-day tasks are highly routine due to the nature of the job, disorganized employee training regiment.
