- the environment is great, the people are super capable and always willing to lend a hand and help each other out - different projects and large companies to work with (especially in pharma and FSI) - for those who want to, there is room to grow and take responsibility - many opportunities to do teambuilding (retreats, events, holiday dinners) that is like doing them with a bunch of friends, rather than colleagues
