      You get to work remotely

      Cons

      It's hard to get ahead. Once you finish a workload they feel like they can add more to the weekly workload so no matter how much you get done they always add more.

      Pros

      Open lane to proceed at a breakneck pace to gain valuable XP as quickly as possible. There's always additional work and things to learn if you are willing to put in the effort.

      Cons

      Flat hierarchy stifles a lot of creative decision making. Bottlenecks are very limiting to speed.
