      There are no real advantages to working here compared to other companies.

      Cons

      - Workloads are brutal, hours are long, and the pace is constantly overwhelming. - There is very little structure, making day to day work chaotic and unclear. - Lack of advancement opportunities makes the role feel like a dead end from the start. - Managers can be openly hostile, adding to an already draining environment. - The overall experience feels stressful, frustrating, and unsustainable.

      There are many problems here at Hype Well, but the biggest one is the problematic leadership. Employees here are blamed for the leadership's incompetence. The leaders are very messy and disorganized, yet they blame employees like me for the problems that arise from their poor leadership. There's no use reasoning with them either,
