*One of the most stable places. *Large environment with intermediate technology platforms. *Friendly teamwork (infrastructure team).
Cons
*No medical insurance (Government medical insurance) *Low Salary schema. *Working hours 9 h - without work from home. *Old management model with a bad mentality. *One-month profit share will be paid in the second quarter of next year. *An irregular and unstable annual increase that depends on the owner. *Family business. *Huge turnover. In the end, rather than joining Hyperone, I would suggest you to think about taking any other offer you could receive.
