Pros
This company is good at finding what you're good at and using you in a capacity that is useful and that you can enjoy. They're also very flexible and accommodating with scheduling, work hours, and remote vs. in-person environment. The ability to work directly with management to resolve issues is great.
Cons
Not much help was given on getting started so the first few weeks were pretty rough. If you don't continually involve yourself in what's going on, it's possible to get left in the dust at times as things tend to move quickly.
