      Decent Company - No Growth

      Pros

      Hidden gem with some of the brightest minds in the business, it's a small company so you get to know the team and their strengths quickly, good benefits and competitive salaries.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, it's a very horizontal org structure. It can be hard to get things done and make changes to the processes.

      Pros

      - Very smart and capable staff - Good work environment and culture - I get to work on cool projects and cutting edge technology all the time - Smaller agency feel with flexibility

      Cons

      - They could be more inclusive on company growth and vision plans with everyone - It would be good to have more people on staff with similar skillsets to me at times

      Pros

      It seems that our culture here has morphed into a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. We regularly get lunch together as a whole or in small groups, have park days in the summer and fun activities in the winter. Drama here is pretty minimal for the most part. It's pretty common that you'll find a group of us talking and laughing like old friends.

      Cons

      Sometimes it seems like communication can get muddled, but it eventually gets sorted out. Things are improving markedly every month as we grow and improve processes.
