      Executives, they are all great people that genuinely care about you as a person and listen to your input with respect.

      Is in the oil & gas industry and subject to its dramatic ups, downs, and issues.

      Pros

      They care about their people as much as the dynamic financial restraints of the industry will allow. Very good benefits for the size of the company. Upper Management regularly goes to bat for employees in regards to salaries and bonuses when pressure from board and shareholders wants to reduce/eliminate them.

      Cons

      Like many smaller O&G companies, they are forever on the razors edge of change.
