Pros

Youthful team, location of office, Great products that actually work. You can utilize products while working. Company is passionate about their product technology.

Cons

Skeleton team across the board. Except for maybe Sales and CX. Everyone is expected to work very hard / do multiple job roles with little to no compensation or promotion growth. They are slowing down on work/life perks. Company policies at times feel sketchy/inconsistent. Currently policies are becoming more corporate and strict..Leadership roles turn over quickly and and many are managers with no one under them to actually manage.
