      Pros

      Hyperion Biotechnology was definitely one of my favorite places to work. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Management allowed you to work around personal/family events. As long as you put in your hours and did your work, the schedule was flexible.

      Cons

      There was no place for me to move up within the company. I was great at what I did and management did not want me anywhere else.

      It’s Fine for Short-Term, Not Long-Term

      Pros

      Fellow employees are nice. Birthday celebrations for each person’s birthday. There is a large “stash” of office supplies for employees whenever they need something.

      Cons

      Parking lot is terrible, building is not handicapped accessible, employees don’t really have a voice and are not valued, there are no raises given and no opportunity for growth. Insurance benefits are extremely expensive and PTO is limited.
