- Project managers are unnecessarily rude. - They don't think before saying anything they are in angry mood always. - No Project management methodologies and tools are followed. - There is no limit of working hours average working hours are 12 for all and specially for juniors. - There is no growth technically because almost all projects 1-2 months projects and no growth as web developer because almost all the projects are mobile projects only so almost all projects are of api only. - managers do not respect any person weather senior or junior and always talk like they are bullying. - Sticky 2 years bond for new joiner so they can pressure any employee as much as they can. - Worst leave policies. - Seniors are just useless they never help anyone and If you stuck in a problem, people are just doing blame game and never help to solve a problem.
