Pros

The company is hiring. They are growing very fast. There is many opportunities available. The company does have a good benefits package too.

Cons

With all of this growth there is no culture to support employees. Folks like myself get stuck in a position for years because they do not offer advancement opportunities to each employee. They are working on correcting this issue, but they still have no core values or culture to support their employees and more importantly customers. They are profit focused, not customer focused. They are hiring so many people vs. promoting folks I am sure they can't recognize their own employees in an elevator.

It’s a paycheck, but may not be worth the stress

Pros

You will meet some really cool folks as coworkers. They do reimburse for things like Mobile Phone, Gym, Costco Memberships, etc. Those are really the only 2 pros sadly.

Cons

You will be expected to put the company above everything, including your personal life. You will be expected to answer emails 24x7. Regardless of your responsibilities you will be Salaried Exempt with no overtime (despite legal obligations to be non-exempt like the office receptionist). Your managers will use bullying tactics and aggressive behavior as a way of making sure you’re the good little employee and keep your innovative ideas to yourself. Your job will be threatened almost weekly unless you’re a “yes man”. You will be paid on average $15K-$35K UNDER the industry average for your responsibilities and you will be expected to perform above and beyond those expectations. You will be lied to by low level and senior management all the way up to C-Level execs. Clients will go around you to managers or even C-Level execs because they don’t like your answer, and even if you’re right you will be told to change the answer to what the client wants to hear. You had better enjoy drinking, if you don’t you will be singled out as the odd ball because this company loves to drink copious amounts of alcohol especially at company functions. You will be subjected to double standards, some employees can do little to no work or not even show up for weeks and still have a job but you cannot do this. You will be expected to fulfill the promises of the sales team, even when they intentionally deceive a client you are still expected to meet their deceptive promises. There is absolutely no inter-departmental cooperation at all, each department believes they’re the best department and everyone else is useless so be prepared. You will be given the bare minimum of what it takes to get a job done. There is ABSOLUTELY NO HR, so you are quite literally ON YOUR OWN. You will get hosed on vacation time because they love to change the policy and in each change you will lose hours miraculously. Extremely high turn over rate. Generally a hostile and uncomfortable environment to be in, this can get worse depending on your manager. Over all it’s a high stress (97% of the time or more you will be stressed), you will work nights, weekends, and holidays and you will not be appreciated or compensated for your efforts. You will become nothing more than a number that brings in revenue for the higher ups. Think twice before accepting a job here.

Nepotism and Sexism

Pros

Great place to work if you're a white male or if you're related someone.

Cons

Nepotism and Sexism are rampant. Also their product is extremely antiquated. They intentionally avoid very basic upgrades so they can maximize extreme billable hours to the clients.
