      Colleges are friendly. Chances to work in interested areas but limited. Management seems giving more decision rights to teams.

      Cons

      Technologies are not quite up-to-date. Client deadlines are chasing. Colleges are nice, but not good enough for one who is pursuing real, complex and clean software development.
