      Pros

      Good money and nothing else.

      Cons

      Management is shady and will tell you they love feedback and then when you give feedback they will be very upset about it. They also feed into drama & will instantly pick a side even if they’re not there. And to make matters worse there are NO benefits.

      Great company with upper management who wants to help you succeed.

      Pros

      Hypotec is great company. It is a small family owned company which gives you more one on one personal time with upper management to grow and progress. The company is consistently expanding which allows for a lot of growth for employees. An individual that is able to grow, expand, and flow with changes will progress far within the company. Since you are working from home, having time management skills is a priority. Working from home is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      Hypotec does not currently have dental insurance, a 401K, or paid time off (vacation or sick). As the company expands, I hope to see these things added.
