Training is hands-on for all levels which means that some people who grew-up in the company that are great project managers are terrible people managers. Senior management is aware of these issues but doesn't not seem to care as long as clients are happy. This drives a lot of good people to seek opportunities elsewhere.

Upper management and HR is inexperienced and their decisions reflect a reactive process. Hiring was done largely by headhunters. It seemed like a new title was created with each new hire. Salary progression was pretty slow, and as such, new hires were often brought in at higher salaries than their existing peers. Analytics team disintegrated pretty quickly. Went from 7 members to 3 in about a year. From what I've heard recently, they're down to 1 since I left. Almost all industries are increasing their capabilities in this area, and it puts this company at a disadvantage.
