No business is actually being done, leadership is a sham, quotas are set with no real metrics or data to back them up. How do quotas go up when no one hits the year before? The commission structure is great but no one is selling so its a classic “your OTE is 200k” but no one hits quota and you make your low for industry base, I am not a great salesperson but I know a wonky business model when I see one. Also the onboarding is basically nothing so unless you join with a solid book of business for exactly what they do… well good luck. The “network” eh. It has great talents at times but company is not as fast as competitors unfortunately. Really nice people work at this company and the new Leader in BD that was hired seems solid, but the leadership of the company are not going to support anything. My estimation is they will continue to not invest properly in the company up front and throw good money after bad until they call it, but if a true investment was made to break into the space then their model could work. If you are the best salesperson in the world, please work here I would love to see something happen that would be amazing.

Leadership lacks effectiveness. Performance across the board appears to be falling short, with no one meeting targets. There’s a noticeable absence of proper enablement, and targets seem arbitrary, as if pulled from thin air making it very hard to talk about.
