Honestly no pros, cannot think of any!

- The working hours are extremely long, higher ups expected us to stay late everyday to push for sales and open early early everyday. - Close to zero work life balance, before joining say have but in truth don’t - The incentive and so called “allowance” is a too good too be true seriously speaking. Say will pay this pay that, but when paying salary deduct this deduct that.
