Confortable place and desk to work and do your job

The worst management ..they always treat you like crab and make false promises ...if you ask for a raise they keep walking like you where talking to a wall...they constantly made you go for drug test for anything like they never trust anyone ..they constantly make you feel like they're going to fire you

Pros

Learn a lot of skills that should be useful in future employment for the field of work. Was a relax atmosphere and friendly co-workers for the most part. The work overall was not too difficult and was great learning experience.

Cons

No training, no professionalism, no organization, no structural and no procedures. Had to teach my self how to do the work from day one. The management was horrible and were not fit to do their jobs. There was no real structure or procedures to follow and most of the time you have to create your own. Really low pay and compensation. Unreliable bonus system, seems the more work you do the less you earn from it.
