      Pros

      They rely on full time resources so as long as you are friendly, they won’t let you go. Just pretend to agree and nod along as long as it suits you.

      Cons

      Managers are inexperienced and pretend to understand technical complexities. Managers push back the minute you raise a concern. The middle layer of managers are always the worst. No HR presence - almost a staff of 10+ HR with no output. Terrible facilities, rigid work hours, no responses to meeting notices or emails, no professionalism whatsoever. It’s a bunch of school kids pretending to be important.
