* For freshers good place to get experience without stipend. * colleagues all are friendly manner. * For experienced need to adjust with previous salary. no more hikes. * Developers team head is supportive for learners. * Tea will be good.

Cons

* Salary will not come on time. and it will not come full also. * Management is not good. Everyone is relatives for CEO. * They will expect multitasking for Rs.4000 salary. Salary is 4k for freshers after 3 to 6 months. * For everything Deductions will be there. In time should be before 9:00 and Out time some times after 22:00. * They will not allow to take leaves and official holidays also only 11 days in a year. * 6 days work in a week. * Offer letters and experience letters, payslips nothing can be provide.. everything you will get on last working date only. for that u should complete at least 2 years with low salary. * Last month salary they will not give for relieving employees. * they will not generate any revenue.

1. No salary for first 4-6 months, salary will be around 3 thousand rupees after 6 months, 2. No work ethics, 3. Cheating clients and employers by fake promise, 4. Employers strength never crossed above 50 from past 20 years shows their seriousness. 5. No payslip, no joining letter

* Top Level Hierarchy have worst mindset. * They wont Consider Employees Feelings and Employees problems. * Salary Range from Rs. 0 to Rs.25000. * Maximum they wont allow to take leaves. * U should work from 9:30 AM to night 9:00 AM.. Sometimes Nightouts also will be there. * If u ask Comp off then they wont give .. and No OverTime allowance. * Monday to Saturday work.. and for developers some time sunday too.. * Salary wont come proper time.. But they will tell salary will come sharp on 10th of every month.

Cons

* No Dress Code. * Not that much of work pressure. * No Background Verifications.
