      only Medical Insurance and leave policy is decent. Pay is bad

      Pros

      Medical insurance is good enough. Leave - 24 days , been taken whenever I wanted Occasional work from home allowed Opportunity to move within departments

      Pay is way below average, horrible allowances, very stingy Only if you are white / Dutch will you be respected and get something decent Toxic work culture , understaffed No real leadership training

      Best reason to work here is already we lost previous job and company, no option , run as soon as possible

      Cons

      Very bad policies for staff, no job security and job role is not fixed, 95% non engineering work, very very bad work culture, no any financial growth, job appraisal missing, no any value for good work, Bonus cutting from salary but didn't receive
