Please read the real reviews below. As a former employee, I am speaking the truth in an attempt to save others from the ordeal I went through. First you will not be valued, utilized or appreciated especially if you have good moral views and integrity. Everyone wants to micromanage every department to where your not a manager or supervisor or lead but a pawn there to do thier bidding and take the crap when it fails. Promotions are given to the worst of the worst and knew they were unqualified and had bad attitudes but wanted to try and motivate them to get better by promoting them to management. You will be threatened with termination at every turn and at all times if you do not conform to the "norm" here. Do not even try to bring issues to the front and to the light as you will be stepped on and abused into submission. They promote documented racists, sexist and biased people to management that also condone sexual harassment and hostile work environments. All of these things are known by upper management (up to the president) but they want to only down play and talk you out of the complaints to buy them time to set you up to be fired. I have witnessed time clock punches being altered by supervisors so they could fire a troublesome employee and threats being made against anyone wanting to go to HR. HR is also a joke here with sexual harassment claims being ignored and workplace hostility being ignored. You will be told so much how everything is fine that you will begin to believe you are the problem. Overtime is banned by our customers yet if you chose to not work you have chosen to be thier next target for harassment and threats. You will be moved to other departments which pay more however they will not pay you the correct amount and then proceed to lie to you they are "working" on it. Do not believe it as they are only working on your termination paperwork for complaining about not being paid. The negative reviews are true and they have asked us to log in to job sites to post false reviews to offset the negative ones. This is an extremely dirty, backstabbing company that ignores real issues. All that is left here are the ones trying to find ways to make the others look bad as all of the good people have left. They run around 95% turn over rates in the 1st week and have not been able to staff what is needed in almost a year due to unqualified leads, supervisors and managers that abuse people. You will simply waste away here as none of your ideas will be appreciated or allowed to be used. Your only task here is to make it "look" good and throw the crap together to sell to people. Hourlys that are part of their group are allowed to cuss managers and supervisors out in front of everyone with absolutely no issues or action. This is truly a horrible company with a misreable way of working. I lost my health, my family and nearly everything else because of working here. I now have such low selfesteem I am unable to find any other work and really I no longer have the ambition to even try after my ordeal at Hyve. This place will truely kill you, both mentally and physically.
I am writing this after leaving Hyve nearly 6 months ago. I do not write any of this because I do not like the company . I write this review to hopefully save the next one in line from the sheer and utter destruction it will bring to your life, both professionally and personally. Only work here if abuse of power, no qualifications and absolutely no accountability is your kind of job. I would score a 0 if it would let me as this is the worst company I have ever seen in 12 years of working.
