Pros

The amazing network of talented people this company has managed to part with who will help you obtain an actual higher paying career.

Cons

Do not dedicate yourself long term to this organization. Working here is equivalent to working on Snowpiercer. Once you start making an actual wage you are open season to be "let go due to budget reasons" or terminated. This company purges high paid employees every 5-10 years. You will notice very few people retire from here, there is a reason for that and is a major red flag. Most of the management is there to criticize your work rather than build your career. Company is full of wrong people in the wrong seat in regards to management. Overall this company is very poor when it comes to caring what it's employees actually need. This review was almost painful to put out there as I dedicated many years here, but after noticing the rating a 5 star some honesty was overdue.

Good for first several years and terrible during the last few

Perhaps the time flexibility and a family atmosphere sometimes and a nice corporate office. Folks are friendly and depending on the department helpful.

Cons

Do not know where to begin. Constant firings and employee turnover and no loyalty given to even long-term dedicated employees. Everyone is dispensible. Compensation very low and no room for any advancement. Very poor management at the top which is also constantly changing. Many factors combining to create constant stress for everyone.

The only good things about working at I.C. are the people and the breaks. No one checks to see when people are breaking and for how long.

Cons

The pay is bad and they dont let you work 40 hours a week. they say you can make 50K working here but yea right. i am a collection lead and struggle to make it past 26K.
