Pros

Management does pretty much leave you alone and to your own devices. Also, you set your own hours and can work at anytime between calling hours (as long as you hit so many hours per week). Position is work at home.

Cons

So, what happens is these guys have fishing websites set up to garner info about people, mainly those who have poor credit. Then, they have you call them and act like you were calling them to talk about an auto loan, vehicle, or home. What they really want you to do is manipulate people into letting you transfer them to a credit repair company to purchase their service. The Real Kicker? YOU only get a sale if the OTHER company gets a sale. Not if you transfer it. So, if they screw it up, you don't get paid for your work. They also have a tier system for pay. You only get hourly pay if you did better that week than so many other people. And your manager? Get's a larger portion than you do of your own commission. This is not reliable income and they basically pay you to scam people. Also, they never had me fill out a tax form or an ID or anything like that. The interview was laughable, you don't even talk to a person and while they say they train you, it's also laughable and not helpful. People will ask for weeks to be put on the DNC list, and you may dispo that call correctly. It doesn't matter, they still call you.

Pros

Work at home. No commute. Save on daycare and gas bills. Flexible hours.

Cons

Bad management. Rude, Full of themselves. Horrible pay. Crappy training. Lots of lies. Managers only care about the numbers and that you are just like them. You have to work a minimum of 25 hours a week but because of the way you are paid, you are generally working 40 just to get the 25. You only get paid when you talk to someone. You do not get paid for transfers. Don't tell people the unpaid training is for 2 days when it is a week worth of horrible training.

Pros

The Idea that you can work from home and earn a paycheck

Cons

I have only been on this project since Monday and I can tell you right now there are a lot of red flags going off I feel like I'm sucked in because I have chosen to overlook out of the home opportunities thinking that this was a legitimate job. It is definitely a legitimate job but I am definitely worried about being paid they told me that we were not paid for wrap time which I understand. However it is taking about 40 hours from my personal time in my personal life to make their 20 talk time hours that they say they will pay for. On the second day they supposedly accidentally added us into a queue for a script that we had never practiced it was very confusing. Management is definitely rude if you ask them a question they know that you need this job they know that you want that job and they follow up with Attitude or they ignore you completely. The company made us wait about 3 or 4 days to find out how the pay structure worked. My concern is this I am a very seasoned call center agent whatever environment you put me in I am able to get you results I see that I have already made about 400 calls from them during the first week that I have been working. I have sent out a hundred rental history Pros Texes. I have talked to over 17 people that I have actually transferred to Lexington Law. Now I am worried about getting paid in this is why we are making these people so much money on each and every call we are giving out about 3 different companies to these people if they do not decide to call now they will decide to call later. The problem is about time they choose to sign up you may not be employed with them anymore and so all the money is going to the manager .I feel this is a horrible experience and that it should not be allowed because we're basically just getting pennies if anything at all. If they were to put us on the phone and have us make these calls they could make a good thousand dollars off of each one of us and not give us a penny. The fact that you have to get five sign-ups just to make $8 an hour is completely ridiculous I am so desperate for work that is the only reason why I am doing this job .I would recommend that nobody nobody nobody take this job we are making them so much money and you are not getting any anything it's the pyramid and we are at the bottom we are the crumbs even though we are doing all the work. Also I have customers that want a call back and want me to talk to them at a later time I am I not allowed to call them back and when they do call back they're not allowed to get to me so that takes away from my sells and the work that I have already done. The company says that you receive inbound and outbound calls but I have only been able to make outbound calls I have not been granted access to take any inbound calls and get credit for those transfers to Lexington Law even though I have put in the work. I have work for a lot of call center s and I know that the management management usually makes a majority of the money however this is horrible they say they have 500 people that are applying a day for this job it's easy for them to convince somebody yeah you have a stay-at-home job work hard work hard make us money and then that person does work hard and they do makeThem money and they don't get a penny of it because they didn't meet the quota for that week but trust me the work that you're putting in is definitely going to make them money. The best way to get a company recognized or a product is by Word of mouth this is why so many all centers exist and you're talking to these people with passion about it and So eventually they're going to sign up and when they do you won't be around to reap the benefits of that Harvest I think it's ridiculous I think they should be sued I don't think what they're doing is right or should be legal. Wendy seems as if she is a fat lazy manipulator she won't respond to certain questions and certain questions she gets really really nasty about you can't get nasty back with her because if you do you'll get fired and she doesn't give a damn about firing you because you've already done what she wanted you to do which was made her money while you get nothing. I give them 0 stars at all.
