      I like the motto in the product that they offer they don't have good customer service support platforms for work from home users you're pretty much guessing all updates from all US states

      Cons

      They have mental health discrimination issues they will not let you get a opportunity to advance if you have any type of accommodations for disabilities no company perks Christmas parties you're pretty much lost when you're working from home they don't value their employees

      Work remotely, several shifts to chose from,

      Customer service department has not had a raises in 4 years, Human resources lacks organization, no internal possibility for growth, management does not offer training opportunities that provide growth. This is a dead end job.
